Mastectomy Tattooing Alliance

Tanya Buxton founded the Mastectomy Tattooing Alliance (MTA) in 2021.

The MTA are a non-profit organisation created to provide funding for Mastectomy and areola-nipple tattoos for the breast cancer community.

The MTA’s primary focus is to make mastectomy and areola-nipple tattoos more affordable and widely available to survivors. Information about areola-nipple tattooing can be limited and inaccurate; the MTA wants to raise more awareness to these wonderful, life changing tattoos within the breast cancer community and medical field.
